1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment as agreed.
Once confirmed, booking details will be shared with you via email or phone.
Please review your booking details carefully and inform us immediately of any errors.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your booking by contacting our customer support team.
Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation and the policies of airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
Some bookings may be non-refundable depending on the terms of our partners.

3. Cancellation by Amarat Holidays

In rare cases, if a booking has to be cancelled due to unforeseen reasons (such as overbooking, natural disasters, or technical issues), we will inform you immediately.
You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip at no extra cost.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the rules of airlines, hotels, or other travel partners.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 7–15 working days, depending on the service provider or bank.
Amarat Holidays will not be responsible for delays caused by third parties or banking systems.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your booked trip or service without prior notice, no refund will be applicable.

6. Modification or Rescheduling

Changes to travel dates or bookings are subject to availability and additional charges.
Any modifications must be requested before the scheduled date of travel.
